The CACHE Level 1 Training is an introductory course in early years education designed for those starting their career in childcare. The CACHE Level 1 Award provides foundational knowledge and skills required to support children in their early development. Students completing this program gain practical insights into nutrition, sharing learning experiences, the importance of play, and a basic understanding of children’s developmental milestones. Upon completion, learners can progress to CACHE Level 2 Training if they wish to advance as Teaching Assistants, or begin working in Dubai as nannies, babysitters, or teaching aides in early years settings.

Is CACHE Level 1 a mandatory qualification for me to teach in the Early Year’s setting in the UAE?

Yes, as per the Ministry of Education UAE, you need to be CACHE qualified in order to be eligible to teach in the Early Year’s setting in the UAE.

CACHE qualifications are recognized and accepted globally in more than 190 countries.

What are the pre-requisites to enroll in CACHE Level 1?

You need to be at least 16 years of age, good command of English. No prior teaching experience is required.

What is the assessment structure for CACHE Level 1?

CACHE Level 1 is a 4-week course with assignments to be submitted every week. There are no midterms or exams required.

Do I need to have prior experience with children, or be currently working in an Early Years setting?

It is not compulsory. However, it would be ideal to get experience working with children if you haven’t done so.

Do you support with placement and recruitment?

We are affiliated with a variety of nurseries and schools which will help to complete your placement hours. As for recruitment we will provide you with a training about employment as complementary after completing your course duties.

Can I proceed to CACHE Level 2 after completing CACHE Level 1?

Yes, you can proceed to CACHE Level 2 upon successfully completing all the course requirements of CACHE Level 1.
