The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares learners to become Early Years Educators or Teachers. Upon completion of CACHE Level 3 course, learners will be able to work with children; and will be qualified to practice as lead teachers in an early years classroom.

Is CACHE Level 3 a mandatory qualification for me to teach in the Early Year’s setting in the UAE?

Yes, as per the Ministry of Education UAE, you need to be CACHE qualified in order to be eligible to teach in the Early Year’s setting in the UAE.

Where are CACHE qualifications recognized?

CACHE qualifications are recognized and accepted globally in more than 190 countries.

Can I enroll directly to CACHE Level 3 without completing CACHE Level 2?

Ideally, you would be required to complete CACHE Level 2 before enrolling in CACHE Level 3. However, if you have at least 1 year of working experience in the Early Years segment as a teaching assistant, you would be eligible to enroll in CACHE Level 3 directly.

Do you support with placement and recruitment?

We are affiliated with a network of nurseries and schools that would provide you the opportunity to complete your placement hours. As for recruitment, we will provide you with a training about employment as complementary after completing your course duties. For more information you can contact us.

Do I need to working in a setting for CACHE Level 3?

Yes, ideally you should be employed or volunteering in a setting to complete the 100 hours of work experience, as well as to complete your observations and longitudinal study.

What is a longitudinal study?

It is a 6 week study you will carry out on one child in your setting. You will follow the planning cycle of the EYFS curriculum where you will observe, assess and plan for the child in one area of development.

Will I be observed in my setting?

Yes, you will be by your tutor at the end of the first term of theory. After your observations, a professional discussion will take place to show your understanding of the theory.

Can I qualify as a teacher after completing Level 3?

Yes, you will qualify as a Lead Teacher after completing CACHE Level 3.
